Description
ENGELEC's ETLG transformer oil level and temperature gauge is a highly integrated and compacted accurate gauge for oil transformer. is a field detection instrument specially designed to measure the oil temperature and oil level of distribution transformers. The instrument is mercury-free. It is directly installed on the tank cover of the oil transformer. It’s widely used to replace the glass mercury thermometer and oil level gauge. It can safely and reliably measure the change of transformer oil temperature and oil level. In addition to the temperature indication, the instrument also has a color marking, which can reflect the corresponding temperature range according to different color segments. The instrument can directly understand the oil level in the transformer through the oil level indicator extending from the scale groove. The temperature and oil level gauge adopts outdoor protective structure, which is strong, vibration resistant with excellent sealing performance. It’s corrosion-resistant to be applied to indoor and outdoor environments.

Dimension
Note: ‘L’ is the size of the minimum oil level of the transformer and the sealing surface of the mounting screw. Its default value L=120, if there is specified length requirement, please indicate it when ordering.
Maintenance
1. The instrument should ensure the integrity of the protective tube during storage, transportation, use and installation, and do not bend and deform the protective tube.
2. Under normal use, the instrument shall be inspected every 12 months.
